Pricing includes a $5 notary fee, as well as all applicable service fees. Please note that Missouri only allows me to perform Acknowledgements and Jurats for remote notarial acts.

Cancellation Policy
At The Notary Promise, LLC, we understand that sometimes plans change and you may need to cancel your appointment with us. Please review the following cancelation policy to understand your rights and responsibilities.
- To cancel your appointment, please contact us at least 3 hours in advance of your scheduled appointment time.
- If you do not provide at least 3 hours’ cancellation notice, you may be charged a cancellation fee of $75.
- If you need to reschedule your appointment, please contact us as soon as possible to discuss availability.
- If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment without providing notice of cancellation, you may be charged a no-show fee of $75.
- We reserve the right to refuse to provide our services to any individual who repeatedly cancels or reschedules their appointments without providing adequate notice.
- If a closing doesn’t go according to plan, where one party cancels their closing after their documents have been notarized, the full price of the agreed closing cost stands and shall be paid for by the party.
