How much do notary services cost?

It costs $5 for each notarial act, which is a state-mandated cost. Additional fees may apply for administrative purposes.

Can I walk in to notarize my document?

What is an online notarization?

With remote notarization, a signer personally appears before the Notary at the time of the notarization using audio-visual technology over the internet instead of being physically present in the same room. Remote online notarization is also called Ibcam notarization, online notarization or virtual notarization.

What do I need to have to book an appointment?

1. Have your documents ready 
2. Have your government-issued ID on hand during the session
3. Laptop, Computer, or Tablet with Audio and Video Capabilities
4. Every signer will need their own email address
5. Access to the Internet
6. Every signer must provide a valid phone number that can receive text messages
7. Double check your firewall/VPN to make sure you can access Secured Signings, my preferred platform to conduct the appointment
8. MOST IMPORTANT: close all other browser windows so they do not interfere with audio/video permissions
